FAQ

1. What am I purchasing?

You are purchasing an original sculptural artwork by Andrea Crespi, created as part of a carefully conceived artistic project. Each piece belongs to a limited, numbered, and non-repeatable edition and is intended as a collectible work of art rather than a mass-produced product.

2. Is this an original artwork or a reproduction?

This is an original artwork, not a reproduction. Each sculpture is individually produced and finished, following the artist’s vision, and belongs to a single limited edition that will never be repeated.

3. How many artworks will exist?

A maximum of 33 artworks will ever be produced. Once the edition is complete, no additional copies, reprints, or new editions will be created.

4. How is the edition number assigned?

Each artwork is numbered and assigned chronologically based on the moment the order is confirmed, ensuring transparency and fairness in the allocation of edition numbers.

5. Is the artwork already made?

No. Each artwork is created specifically for its collector following the pre-order. There is no stock and no pre-produced inventory; production begins only after the artwork has been acquired.

6. How long does it take to create the artwork?

The estimated production time is up to 15 business days from payment confirmation. This timeframe reflects the care and precision required to produce and finish each individual piece.

7. Will my artwork be exactly the same as the images on the website?

The images on the website represent the artistic vision of the project. Because each piece is individually produced and finished, minor variations may occur. These are a natural part of the artistic and artisanal process and make each artwork subtly unique.

8. Why is the artwork released in chapters?

The edition unfolds through sequential chapters that reflect the evolution of the project over time. Each chapter has its own pricing and represents a distinct moment within the same artistic journey.

9. Can I return the artwork if I change my mind?

The artwork is produced exclusively on commission and as part of a limited, numbered edition. For this reason, once purchased, the order is final and not subject to withdrawal.

10. What happens if the artwork is damaged during shipping?

If the artwork is accidentally damaged during transportation, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographic documentation.

11. Does my purchase include intellectual property rights?

The purchase grants ownership of the physical artwork only. All intellectual property and copyright remain with the artist Andrea Crespi.

12. Who is responsible for the project?

The artwork is authored by Andrea Crespi. The project, production coordination, and distribution are curated by ShapeUp Studios S.r.l. under a licensing agreement for this specific edition.

13. Is this a one-time project?

Yes. This edition represents a single, self-contained artistic project. There is no ongoing shop and no plan to replicate this model for additional collections.

14. How can I contact customer support?
